When you place an order (once checkout launches) we collect your name, email, delivery address and order details. If you contact us, we keep the conversation so we can help you next time. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

To deliver your order, send order and tracking emails, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations (like tax records). We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you’ve opted in.

Card details will be handled by our payment providers and never touch our servers. We only see that a payment succeeded.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email or chat with us and we’ll sort it within a few business days. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
