Every kitto order is picked and packed in our Australian warehouse. No overseas drop-shipping, no month-long waits — your order is already in the country when you place it.

Standard delivery is 2–7 business days Australia-wide. Metro addresses usually land at the shorter end of that window; regional and remote addresses can take the full 7 business days.

Shipping is free on orders over A$79. Under that, it’s a flat A$8.95 — shown clearly in your cart before you pay, never as a surprise at the end.

Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get the tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, and Kai — our chat assistant — will be able to look it up for you 24/7 once checkout launches.
