No dramas. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in unused condition with its original packaging for a full refund of the item price. Get in touch first and we’ll give you the return address and steps.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to everything we sell, on top of (not instead of) our 30-day policy. If a product is faulty, unsafe or doesn’t do what we said it does, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — and we cover the return postage on faulty items.

Message us in chat or email us with your order number and what went wrong (a photo helps for faults). We’ll reply with the next steps within one business day — usually much faster.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
